Since joining Berger Adjusters, LLC in 2021 as an Executive Assistant, MT has been the go-to for managing emails, scheduling, customer relations, and claims oversight. With over six years of administrative experience, she brings a wealth of expertise and a sharp focus on project management and client relations to her role.

MT stands out for her commitment to refining business processes and communication strategies, with the ultimate goal of improving the overall client experience. Her dedication to nurturing enduring partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction remains a cornerstone of her professional ethos. 

MT graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington University's Olin Business School with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Outside of her work at Berger Adjusters, she enjoys playing and teaching board games and spoiling her two cats.
